This release includes several enhancements to the payment process that make the experience smoother. Payments that are currently in process now appear in your payment history, and will shows as deducted from your total account balance. New customers can now enable outage and billing alerts directly from our app.

Fixed a bug where a convenience fee was inaccurately displayed for some paperless customers when making an ACH payment - even though the convenience fee was not actually applied to the payment). Fixed a bug for configuring an ACH payment where the 'Continue' button wasn't enabled.
This build includes some additional changes for fingerprint login which has continued to be a problem for some users. If you continue to have difficulty with fingerprint login please contact us at appsupport@aep.com.

In this release we improved messaging for events when payment processing can’t be completed or takes longer than expected and clarification that all payments are processed based on Eastern Time (ET) zone.
Some users are experiencing an intermittent login problem that has been difficult to diagnose. This app version will send additional information back to us to help determine why this might be happening. We are working to resolve the issue and welcome feedback sent to appsupport@aep.com.

In this release we've changed the payment account selection process to not use the first available payment account when you don’t have a default payment account. If you don’t have a default payment account, we will not select one for you from your list of payment accounts. Additionally, we have corrected a number of bugs to ensure that your payment experience continues to be smooth and reliable.

This release includes improvements to our payment processing capabilities which include making it possible for customer who are not on paperless billing to make payments from their bank accounts or by credit card. Payments can now be scheduled any day of the week, including holidays.
